We founded H. Williams to bring excellent service and care to you and your pets.
With three dogs of our own, we got tired of constantly bathing them after muddy hikes, trudging through rain and snow to get to the grooming salon, getting our older dogs into and out of the car… you get the idea.
With H. Williams, your pets are treated as they should be…like valued family members. They will be showered with 1-1 attention by our experienced and dog-loving team members. We remove the logistical hassles for you and vastly improve the grooming experience for your pet.
Appointments are easy to book and we come to your doorstep in our self-contained, licensed and insured, state of the art mobile salon. Not home? No problem. Just give us instructions prior to arrival so we can bring your pup out for the appointment. The grooming appointment will take approximately 60–90 minutes and we will let you know when your freshly-cleaned pup is ready.

The H. Williams Philosophy
A perfect cup of coffee, a good laugh with friends, a bingeable show…life is made better by simple things. We place hugging your silky-smooth, sweet-smelling, freshly-groomed pup at the top of that list. A regular grooming schedule is also practical as it maintains the health of your dog’s coat and skin, prevents painful matting, and reduces shedding inside. We do our best to make it easy for you to book on a 1, 2, 3, or 4 week schedule, which is great for you and for your pup.
The Standard
Keep it clean. Recommended for short haired dogs or fluffy pups that are kept on a regular grooming schedule and do not need a haircut every time. Scheduling a bath between haircuts will help maintain the fluffy coat you love and keep matting to a minimum to prevent the need for a short haircut!

The Supermodel
Done and dusted. This package is for dogs that have long coats that require any clipping/trimming. Also, for dogs that have double coats that require removal of undercoat with a deshedding treatment. Haircuts can be done to your specification, long and fluffy, short and low maintenance and specific breed trims too.

+Prices may be adjusted after the first appointment due to coat condition, temperament and any matting and impacted undercoat. An accurate price can only be given after we have seen your dog in person.
Policies
You will receive an automated reminder 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your appointment.
We know things happen and sometimes an appointment must be canceled. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we may try to fill your appointment slot. No-shows or last minute cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.

Do I have to be home when you arrive?
For the first appointment we would like you to be home so you can explain how you’d like your pet trimmed and how to retrieve your pet if you aren’t home for future appointments.
Are appointment times exact?
When you book an appointment please allow for a 1 hour arrival window. We strive to keep on schedule, but we are dealing with a variety of factors that may result in small changes throughout the day. We will let you know by text if we are running early or late. Please have your pet go for a bathroom break prior to the appointment and have your pet ready for us.
Why are your prices higher than the grooming salon where my dog currently goes?
Mobile grooming prices are higher because they reflect the value you and your pet receive from having the appointment performed at your doorstep. No cages, no car rides, no waiting around! Our experienced, professional groomers arrive in our state-of-the-art vans and will spend 60-90+ minutes caring for your dog with the best products on the market.
Are gratuities expected?
If you are thrilled with the service they are very much appreciated!
Do you need to plug into my house or use my water?
No, our vans are completely self-sufficient and can do everything a stationary dog salon can do.
What products do you use?
We use a variety of the highest-quality, natural products on the market. If your dog has any particular skin issues or you have a special request, please let us know.
How do I book an appointment?

We then review the request and either accept the date/time or suggest a different date/time based on our availability and routing optimization.
